To make the Hearts & Heroes Challenge happen on the day, we need help!

We require volunteers to help us at the event checkpoints, with things like directing participants, sorting out food and water, handing out medals and generally cheering on the brave souls who are raising money for our causes.  Even if you cannot commit to the whole day, we would be delighted to hear from you!
