What do support teams need to bring with them?
Ensure you have extra food and energy supplies to supplement what the organisers are providing. Bring folding chairs, table and waterproof sheeting (for bad weather). Supporters should be self-sufficient at checkpoints as provisions are only available for participants. Support teams are welcome to join in the feasting at the finish. Ensure support staff are prepared for all weathers and midges. Take a road atlas and fuel up at the start
